Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Guests can enroll in the self-exclusion program through OLG's website or by visiting the casino directly. This voluntary ban excludes individuals from playing at all Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) casinos, including Gateway Casinos Hanover, for a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years.

Deposit Limits

Guests can set limits on their daily deposits to help manage their gaming expenses more effectively. By setting these limits, guests can ensure that they do not exceed the amount of money they are willing or able to spend at Gateway Casinos Hanover.

Time-Outs

If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming a problem for yourself or someone else, please take advantage of our time-out options. Time-outs allow guests to exclude themselves from the property and all OLG casinos in Ontario for periods ranging from 1 day up to 6 months.
