DEFINITIONS: In these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us" or "our" refers to Gateway Casinos Hanover, and "you" or "your" refers to the player.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION: To participate in our gaming activities, you must register for an account with us by providing all required information, as specified on our website or in-person at our facility. You represent that all such information is true and accurate.
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 19 years old to play our games. If we discover that you are under the age of 19, we may suspend or close your account.
SELF-EXCLUSION: We participate in a self-exclusion program managed by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). If you have enrolled in this program, you will not be permitted to use our services.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA).
